No longer the Admin after upgrade

Hello,

I just upgraded to chat's PHPBB 2.09 and now I cannot enter the Admin Control Panel. I keep getting this message:

Everything worked before. Any ideas?

The first thing I would check would be to verify that your user_level is set to 2 in your nuke_users table.

At this point I would restore your backup and wait until Chat responds.

I think I just found my own problem while browsing through my old Nuke links. This worked for me:
