64bit has informed me that http://www.techgfx.com has died. This is unfortunate for the users that use the Nuke Platinum distribution.

Quoting 64bit "So where does that leave everyone that used Nuke Platinum. Well fortunately there is the Platinum Mods domain where you can get updates and fixes. While I only just registered there today (as I fix and update my domains completely on my own) I've heard that many in the community are making that domain their new home for Platinum Support. I think that Platinum Mods is being run by Technocrat who did most of the support over at techgfx.com in the first place, but after the fiasco at techgfx.com I have stayed out of the Platinum community completely, so I can't say anything about evolution of Platinum or who is even involved for sure."

From Raven - As Sixontonoffun points out in his comment to this article, the demise was announced in this article. It is always a sad day when a long established site and associates of that site have to leave. We all have to step back at times and reevaluate. We do hope to see you back ASAP!
