Problem adding weblinks

I am r unning phpnuke 7.5 that i downloaded from this site (Ravens).
I was able to add one URL in my web links section. It was saved once i approved it. I then tried to add a second which i was told i would receive a email once its approved.

In my admin screen, i only had : Waiting Links: 0 Instead of 1.

Any ideas?

Was there any chars in the title or filename other then a-z 0-9 ?

Not sure what the cause was, so I deleted 7.5 from my hosting companys server and installed PHPNuke v7.6 Patch Level v2.9.

Everything seems fine now
