Marquee interferes with blinking cursor

On my site it just stops blinking. Here on ravenphpscripts it kinda blinks, but with weird pattern. I'm using IE7. I tried to search the net, and did not find anything, even problem acknowledging... Does anybody care or is it just me who prefers to always have blinking cursor?

Haven't noticed it. Is it just over the marquee?

Now that you mention it, I noticed it slightly with FF 1.5, but it's not noticeable enough to be annoying. I compared it to IE 7, and it's about the same.
