IP BLOCKED NOT IN LIST AS WELL

I AM NEW TO THIS AND COMPLETELY LOST BUT I AM BLOCKED FROM ENTERING MY SITE... I ALWAYS GET THIS MESSAGE, HOW DO I FIX IT ? HELP PLEASE I AM NOT VERY PROFICIENT AND MY WEB MASTER IS IN IRAQ...

IS THERe A WAY TO EXCLUDE THAT IP FROM EVER bEING BLOCKED ?

yes put it in sentinel to protect ...

easiest way for you is to go here..
yoursite.com/admin.php?op=ABProtectedAdd

and add the ip range your ip belongs to...

it would be ... but i am banned so cant go admin.php is there another way ?

yes..
go into phpmyadmin,then to your database ..look for the nsnst_blocked_ips of sentinel...and delete your ip...
and if it writes to your htaccess ,delete it from there to..
