alternative to Dew PHPLInks/Directory links

can anyone recommend a module that will keep track of links sort of like a directory where people can also submit their site to the directory as well?

i was using Dew PHP Links but am not pleased with it and looking for an alternative. Thanks for any info/input. Smile
