I am unable to find anywhere I can add a new topic for my website which is
http:www.theimmortals-guild.com

I am looking to add them for associating the news storys to certain things when i have used phpnuke before there was always a topics button in the admin pannel now there is not any idea how i add a new topic please.

add a new topic from the topics icon in the admin panel...add a pic by uploading it to images/topics folder.

there is no add Topic Item on the admin pannel that is my problem it is missing

yes there should be. it is in the bottom row of the modules admin part of the admin.php page. Please look again. If it is not there please screen shot your whole admin section so that we can see what is missing. Thanks

If you still find it is not there, your FTP of files did not complete (you have missing files) or you have some that are corrupt. Raven always suggests forcing your FTP client to transfer in Binary mode.
