I do not wish to limit the HTML in my news module. Is there a way to configure NSN News so that it does not strip the html code?

If not, how do you properly configure it to allow things such as "iframes" or whatever random html code that i would use to make a nice looking page?

I've actually came to assoiciate NSN with better quality and would simply feel better using this than trying to go back to the stock news module.

Reason for this: I know that i could use the content module to generate html pages, but I like the fact that you can add comments and surveys to the news module. So my intent was to use the lead section of the news to trail to the page, and when the reader clicked on the "Read More..." Link, they will see the whole page.

Thanks

You should also associate NSN with better security Smile

If you allow HTML tags like iframe, you open up security holes for people who submit news to your site. I agree that those limits should be removed for administrators - or at least as an option.

What version of NSN News are you using?

I'm using "NSN_News_200rc2_70-79.tar.gz?". I downloaded it directly from nukescripts.net.

Wow, I didnt know about security holes...but yes, let admins pick and choose... My dad always told me "Locks are for honest people" Very Happy

I don't use NSN News, but if it users the standard check_html() function, removing that should all the tags
