Your Account Mod

Is anyone aware of a Your account tweak or mod that would allow someone to register for a group when they register for the website? I am currently running phpnuke 7.6 patch 3.1 from Raven.

I am working on my physical therapy clinics website and I would like to offer two different newsletters. One for my patients and one for physicians who refer to me. How can I users subscribe to one group or the other on the website without emailing me their desire to subscribe to one group or the other.

Not aware of one, but it seems that if you are using NSN_Groups, some code could be added to that module to automatically enroll them in a particular group.
