I have Ravennuke76 2.02 installed

My Page Generation often slows down to as much as 3m.
I’ve contacted my provider 3 times, first two replies were smug standard clean your PC, followed by today with this.

Ok here's the report....

    Download Times*
    Connection Rate Download Time
    14.4K - 74.80 seconds
    28.8K - 37.50 seconds
    33.6K - 32.17 seconds
    56K - 19.38 seconds
    ISDN 128K - 6.08 seconds
    T1 1.44Mbps - 0.71 seconds



But as i tried it indeed takes a bit long to load,weird thing is it just shows suddenly...its like your switching it on....
i do see that you use outside links......that can prevent your site from loading fast ...
