Cblocks not displaying

After installing patch 3.1 my message_box and any block I set to center do not display.

I have searched the forums and only found this topic

Im assuming im having the same issue this person was having however the resolution was never posted.

I do have the code mentioned in that topic and my theme works with center blocks.

the strange part is that if i submit news they display on the main page fine.

any help would be appriciated.

I'd suggest downloading a patched distribution, then comparing that to your installation. Most likely, something wasn't updated in the patch.

If you need a file comparison utility, I'd suggest Beyond Compare (cheap, and well worth the cost) or WinMerge (free).
