Collapsing Forum Post Block Fixed Height?

I really like this block and use it at the top of my page. However, when a post is shown that runs into two lines, it forces all the stories below it to jump up and down as it rotates. Is there a way to force a fixed height so it may just rotate without causing the above? Thank you for any help.
