Your Account Problem

Okay, guys, I have a problem that is driving me crazy.

I wish my users would have told me, but there is a major problem when trying to change avatars in "your account". The password field is highlighted and even if you put your current password in there? It still won't let you delete an avatar, change your e-mail address, nothing. It says "please fill in the required fields". Now, the "new password" boxes are not highlighted, but they do have an * next to them.

I am running 7.6 fully patched with Nuke Sentinel 2.3.2 installed.

Any ideas on how to fix this. I've searched all over the internet and I'm coming up with nothing.

You might want to try re-uploading the Your_Account folder and its contents.

I might just give that a try. Kind of an odd problem that just seemed to start. I don't know. If that doesn't work, I'll be back. Smile

You only need to fill in the new password fields if you are actually changing your password.
You can only change your email address if that has been allowed in the nuke admin/Preferences.

What do you mean when you say it wont let you delete an avatar - do you mean it wont let you change it?
There is no setting to allow you to 'delete', only change.
