Phpnuke 7.7 patched. Logged in both as user and admin, I was using the centerblocks. Things seemed to be fine.

It allowed me to go into the row 1 and set my blocks.
I saved 2 blocks but then only one appeared in the following screen and where there is supposed to be the edit row one section under the asigned blocks, it is blank.

I tried to repeat the error by editing row 2. I succeeded.
The same thing happened.

I decided to go into my admin panel and instead was taken to a page that had the assigned center block on the top, a bomb that said logout and the rest of the stuff that normally appears in the users home page.

I'm confused so I left the site, came back as admin.php and got the home page again...went from netscape to IE ...same thing....

I can't log in as admin now...

thanks

Did you try adding a new block and then things went screwy? Things don't usually just start going wrong unless something got installed incorrectly or something got installed that isn't working. Use phpMyAdmin and edit the nuke_blocks table and set the active column to 0 (zero) on any new block that you added recently.

Thank you.

It seemed to be that I set up my nuke treasury outside of the nuke db.

Once I switched it over, I was able to access the admin panel.

However, the blocks are still there on top of my admin panel. I saw the coding in the header.php core file fix, but I didn't quite understand the placement instructions that were in that header fix. I simply replaced the code completely because I only want my blocks to appear on the main page of the site.
I am unsure as to how to correct this (assuming they are in my admin panel because I coded them to appear on every page that is...)

Thank you again for your help.
