Nukesite sending Null_Packet_DoS ?

okay hard to tell where to post this but perhaps someone can tell me what this all means.
First i got no messed up computer and its fully protected.
I never had this before but suddenly on a "nukesite" (not gonna mention name) when i downloaded a file norton security killed any connection with the website.
Because its dutch its translated ..
Anyone that can tell what happend?
