No news story icon

I do not have icons on the news stories [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I have not been able to find a setting to turn the news icons on and off so I am thinking this is a code problem with the Dune theme I am using.

Before I start messing around with code I want to make sure there isnt a setting I am missing.

IF there isnt a way to turn the news icon on and off anyone want to save me some hassle and kick start where I should be looking and what line of code:)

First they all have to be lower case file names and be placed in the images/topics directory. You choose them after uploading them when creating or editing a topic category. If you want a no icon use a 1X1 pixel transparent gif and assign it to something like general. There is no built in upload facility so this has to all be done via [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I have the images there and I just thought about checking a different theme and sure enought the icons are on the deepblue theme.

So now what could be wrong with dune? what file? mainfile.php?
