Theme wont change after NukeSentinel™ 2.1.0

Hello all ,
I noticed that after I installed NukeSentinel™ 2.1.0 that I can no longer change the theme? I looked at the install instructions , however , it doesn't appear that I missed something?

Comment out the code you added in mainfile.php and see if you can change the theme.

Hi Raven,
tried it and it spits (undefined function) errors in all files related to NukeSentinel . FYI this is nuke 7.5

Thanks for the help Raven but it appears that once I used the header.tmp (that came with it) and renamed to php , now everything works =) I checked the code in header.php(one I altered) and it seems the same. O well, case closed
