How To Prevent Users From Changing Email Address

Hi

I'm looking to add the feature that would prevent users from being able to change their registered email address.

I need this to work exactly the same way the "allow_namechange" function (in the bbconfig table) works.

In other words, in a nutshell, I want users NOT to have the ability to EVER change their email. Instead, the preferred meathod would be to send the admin a PM or email requesting that the account email information be changed manually by the admin.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the mod.

It works for phpbb, but how would I go about making it to also work for Nuke? (Users can still go to Your_Account and change the information in there.

Change the code in Your_Account/index.php to only display the email address and don't provide an <input> tag for modification when they display their info.
