Admin Login Problem

hi,
currently i have a web portal running on . but i have problem with my admin login.
so i decided to drop my nuke_author and then reloading it with the fresh one.
now i can't even make a admin account , everytime i make a new admin account it brings me back to the same page and it says that i don't have super admin yet on the site
anyone know how to get rid of it?

Try flushing your cookies yet? Also Empty the _sessions table might do it too.

If not post back and someone can run ya through manual creation in phpmyadmin. But thats a pain the rear lets just hope this works.

hi
i did erase all the cookies on my computer and i did empty the session table.
now it doens't bring me back to create super admin
but it won't me to log in as an admin

Use your hosting control panel (Like CPanel or Plesk) to access your files. Look for the .htaccess file in your root directory and open it. If it has anything in there, delete it and put 2 blank lines in there (hit the return key twice) then save the file.

Make sure to CHMOD it to 666.

Then try to create your admin account.

If your using an original version of 7.4 there was a bug in the admin first function which is covered in http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/postt2306.html

hi
actually i'm using version 7.4 patched.
i don't want to remove all the db but if there is not another way , i guess i don't have a choice
what do you think?

I'd just Empty that authors table again and enter the info manually see what gives just don't forget aid=anyname and name=God and md5 the password and set radminsuper to 1

safe password to start with password md5
password = 5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99

Unless there is some reason to suspect the database is incomplete.

Fixed

You had replaced your nuke auth.php with a phpbb auth.php script. Don't know why or wht for, but I renamed that script so you could see it and restored the 7.4 auth script. Now get Sentinel installed ASAP Confused
