Although I haven't installed it yet, it looks nice, neralex! I really like the zoom feature, and the nukeSEO DH file is a nice touch, too.
One question: did you use EZPZ tooltip instead of Boxover to separate tooltip content from the title tag?
From a programming perspective, I like:
- the configuration class (when I copy this, I'll modify it to include a module in the config table so the same class and config table can support multiple modules)
- PHP_EOL
- code to address issue between Colorbox and BxSlider
- modern development techniques (OOP, CSS, responsive, HTML compliance)
I'm sure I'll find much more when I start using this - but on first glance it looks awesome. You have clearly done a lot of research and work on this. Nice! |

Thanks.
Yes i'm using the EZPZ tooltip for the most tooltips in the gallery. Only in the bxslider the EZPZ tooltip will not work. There i use the boxover-script. I like the tooltip plugin because i have the title-atrribute free for other things. The tooltip content is defined in its own HTML element and not in the title-atrribute. It needs more code and its not in every case the best solution but in the gallery module is it a nice alternative to the boxover.

Yes. There are two different versions of the zoom plugin. A mouse-wheel zoom exists also |

After updating the Gallery and discussing some points with neralex, lots of testing which was required to improve better performance since I am running php 5.4. The RN Gallery is working properly, validated 100%. I have to admit it is the best gallery module for RavenNuke. Dank u wel neralex for your professional support on this amazing module. Congratulations. |

The new version of the gallery is now available.
This major update affects all module-files of the gallery. This is needed to get the new block-functions. Also i have fixed some issues and i have written a new OOP based management for all used globals. With these changes the gallery runs a little bit faster and its more flexible to call the globals on different ways.
New:
- 3 block files, which can be used as the center or side block.
- The side blocks are scrollable, the setting can be controlled via the gallery setting.
- GTB-tap-files for using Shortlinks (check goodies folder)
- Your_Account plugin to show the last uploaded images controlled via the gallery setting.
- While batching the filenames of the images are stored as image-title in the database.
- Option to delete files in the batch-folder after the batch is completed.
- You can determine the default value for the pager in the image-list.
- Colorbox enable/disable setting for image-list, detail-pages, slider, blocks and Your_Account plugin.
- Update-function to import the new database fields for the config-table.
For problems, errors or questions please use the support-forum on my website!

I have to say this is more then promising and really fast, clean gallery. I was using coppermine for years, but the module is totally outdated, so decided to shut it down despite over 14,000 photos uploaded.
i'm thinking to revive it with this new gallery! again clean, fast, very good! great option for those running RN!
thanks! |

Update 1.3:
While drinking german beer like Beck's and listening Depeche Mode's new album 'Delta Machine', the new version of the gallery is now available.
After several requests for a gallery comments-system that can be managed directly by the RavenNuke and the question of a search function, I decided to integrate both proposals. Now you have the choose between Disqus and the Nuke based comment-system. The new comment-system comes up with a new block, various settings allowed as usual. This major update affects all module-files of the gallery. Also is it now possible to add a category to another one to create sub-categories and i have fixed and optimized some issues.
New:
- new gallery comments managed directly by the RavenNuke (users only, captcha controled)
- choose between disqus and the new comment system
- new block-file for the new gallery comments
- new search function to search in images and albums (captcha controled)
- new css-classes for comments and blocks (please check update-manual if you are using an older version)
- add a category to another one to create sub-categories [ example = click ]
