Was I just hacked?

I have a Family web site that I think just got hacked or at least sentinel caught it, but after sentinel caught it, I can no longer access my admin.php. It just happened.
I get this when trying to access my admin page.

Operator Error Embarassed

I just simply grabbed a fresh mainfile.php from chatser's 2.5 fixes, applied my GT and viola.
