I have look in the german Admin Language File from the last RN 2.4
Realese and found some untranslated propositions, words and uncoded german special character.

I have fixed it.

Will add it for the next release.

There are indeed untranslated parts.
Just for your info there are some German language files where it´s required to have uncoded special characters otherwise you will get different issues with text in e-mails, registration etc.
