Question about raising a user to SuperUser

In the latest version of Raven, I cannot find a way to "raise" a user to SuperUser level without knowing their password.

Question: How can I simply edit a user and give them SuperUser rights without knowing or changing their passwords?

You can't promote a normal user up to Superuser, you must create a separate admin account for that user.
