Some users can't login

Hi the ravennuke is great. I need help with some of the users can't login. The error they receive is trying to access a restricted area. They have had their login for awhile now and now some of them can't login. I tried to see if changing their pass and deleting their cache helped but it didn't. I think I got the nuke sentinel checked right so I don't know where else to look. I'm still a noob but I did try to google the problems before asking. I did look in your forums as well but I didn't see an appropiate place to post and I thought this was the best place. Sorry if I posted in the wrong spot. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when they try to login? Any error messages etc?

How are they trying to login? Through a block, or the Your Account module?

Is the Your Account module set to All Visitors?

OK ther error is You are trying to access a restricted area. They login through the the the site info. I'll see if they can login through my account. That's a good idea. No the account module wasn't set to all vistors. I'm going to assume it has to be or they can't login right?

Yes it needs to be set to all visitors.
