Suggestion for IP range's

What IP ranges should we ban if our site is strictly US based?

Ive already done 200.0.0.0 and 210.0.0.0
Any more?

Well let me flip that arround a little.. Raven what IP ranges have you banned?

I am no longer banning by country. I feel secure enough that I only ban by certain ranges, but not countries per se. And if memory serves me right, not all 200's are Brazil. I thought that someone pointed that out to me.
