Just wanted to comment on the new article about the new Aqueous Light theme for RavenNuke: very nice! Very modern, with a cool web 2.0 look.

It requires AutoTheme Lite from [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] . Both Aqueous Light and AutoTheme Lite are free.

Keep up the good work, Mars!

I guess phpBB added a period at the end of the link. Try it now. For the theme, visit [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] .

wow.. thank you very much! Embarassed Embarassed

I have another XHTML theme coming soon too, just have to tweak the matching forums for it and then I will release it for free as well.

RavenNuke is my all time favorite Nuke system, it is such a clean codebase and is consistently easy to work with. Smile

Looking good mars, I am looking forward to what else you have in the pipeline. Very Happy

One thing I noticed, at work we use IE 6 and when you click on a module it appears halfway down the page.

Grrr.. I hate IE..
I will have to get it installed on a spare machine for testing.

A quick fix for IE 6 and the modules problem is to edit style.css and look for this line

Code:

#contentnorightbar {
   margin:0 0 0 200px;
   padding:10px 0 0 10px;
}

And change it to
Code:

#contentnorightbar {
float:left;
   margin:0 0 0 0px;
   padding:10px 0 0 10px;
}

That should fix that issue.

Autotheme is what I use to develop all of my themes.
It means I just develop the theme once and I can use it on any of the Nuke systems as well as Wordpress and OSCommerce.

It also offers multiple other features but I am not going to go into them here, just download the module and read through it. Wink

The other one that is close to release is this one
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

That will show a preview of the main page, if you want to see the full theme just register and select PortalCSS as the theme.

I should be releasing that one for free in a week or two as well.

We started getting a bit Off-Topic talking about NukeCSS, so I split the topic. See the new topic here: [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I like PortalZik. Do you supply the the PSD's with the theme so you can edit the header image easily?

mars

That one will come with a PSD as it has an image in the header, the rest are all text except for 1 pixel wide backgrounds.

I know you're still developing it, mars, but check the HTML compliance on PortalZik.
