Problem placing banner next to the logo.

I installed NSN Client advertizing module
I am trying to place Banner next to the logo.
In themeheader in theme.php

$banner = ads(0);

in header.html after Logo table"

<td>
$banner
</td>

Nothing helps. This banner does not appear.
please help.
It works on a side left block.
