User Blocked But Not Listed

I have a client who has a user that cannot access the client's domain on my server. Latest RN and Sentinenel. User gets the error "Forbidden: you don't have permission to access / on this server" 403.

The user can access any other domain on my server so it's not a server problem. The user's IP is not in .htaccess or in any of the IP blocked IP tables. In fact, I removed all blocked IP's and IP ranges and still the user cannot get in. The log shows:

xxx.xxx.xxx client dened by server configuration, etc.

I have no idea where else to look other than the two IP blocker tables, .htacess, etc.

I have the correct IP address of the user, no problem there.

Any ideas? The server configuration is ok cuz the user can access any other domain on the server.

Sounds like it's in an htaccess somewhere - it could be in a higher level folder?

No idea, I did a grep for the the IP and not found. However, and I'm sure everyone has heard it on several occasions from the user in question, "Hey, it started working all by itself".
