NS 2.6 error

I saw an error in the log after upgrading to NS 2.6.00

[Tue Jul 1 11:56:58 2008] [error] [client xx.xxx.xx.xxx] File does not exist: /home/xxx/public_html/includes/includes/nukesentinel6.js
[Tue Jul 1 09:45:41 2008] [error] [client xx.xxx.xx.xxx] File does not exist: /home/xxx/public_html/includes/includes/nukesentinel6.js
... etc

All the NS files are in the /includes directory, there is no double /includes/includes directory so where is this being called?

I can only find one reference to nuksentinel6.js and that is inside nukesentinel4.js (same directory) around line 161
This seems to be part a var assignment for fsp_src and is specific to IE which is why I didn't notice this whilst testing this version - I do not have IE installed any more.

Thanks Guardian, I only saw this after being in my admin area/NS admin. Other visitors don't seem to generate this error, only my IP is associated with it. The upgrade went fine with no errors so I guess it is IE based. The ns6.js has only one line in it, DoRegister ()....
