i currently run a website that I am trying to redesign the theme's header.html file for. I can get the new header to show up but for some reason the horizontal drop down menu doesn't come up.

I have tried with no luck to troubleshoot it and I really just want to get the thing going. I would appreciate your info and estimate if you are willing to take on this seemingly simple job. I just don't have the time to mess with it or else I'd just do the research to fix whatever glitch is happening. Thanks so much. Please PM if interested.
