Uploads to downloads

I am looking for an upload module/block/hack which will allow registered (admin auth only) users to upload to the downloads section of the website - without having to give them all ftp access to upload files first.

NSN GR is great for adding off site downloads but need to allow uploads.

Any ideas or recommendations

NSN GR Downloads will already allow you to do this. You set this up for each category Wink

How do i set this up for this - all i can see is that NSR download allows you to allow adding downloads from a url you already have - it wont allow a direct upload fro your pc to the webspace.

The way it works is fine if you know the URL - but alot of the people who will use this feature need to be able to upload tho the webspace themselves not direct link.

First of all, make sure we are talking about the same module. NSN GR Downloads version 1.0.3 is available from [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

When you set up a download category, you will see the option to give that category an upload path and there is also a "switch" at the bottom to turn uploading on/off.

cheers montego - the error i had made was not changing the uploads like you said many thanks
