New install gives 404 on /nsnst.php.

I have followed the install instructions below to upload the list below to the root of my host server. From what I can see this all went ok. Tried to run nsnst.php from admin area. get a 404 error. Are there any other files I need to upload other than those listed below?

Also I cannot seem to locate the file sql/nsnst.sql which is mentioned below as an alternative to using the nsnst.php. So I think I struck out on both scores. Sad

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

UPGRADING from IP Banner:
=========================
1) KEEP YOUR OLD DB TABLES.
2) Remove the data from your config.php file.
3) Remove the include line from header.php .
4) Remove all old NSN IP Banner scripts and images.
5) Upload all new files and run the nsnib.php file. Upgrade
from your current version to the latest NukeSentinel(tm) version.
6) Add the mainfile.php code as described above in MAINFILE.PHP File Edits.
7) Go to the NukeSentinel(tm) Administration screens and set all of the configuration values.

Remove the nsnib.php file from your server.

DETAILED UPGRADE INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
=========================================
1) Remove all old files.
2) Upload all new files and run the nsnst.php file. Perform a upgrade install.

4) Go to the NukeSentinel(tm) Administration screens and set all of the configuration values.
5) Remove nsnst.php and nsnst_installer from your server.

Well, make sure that file nsnst.php is in your root directory. I believe that you also have to upload another directory called: nsnst_installer.
