add nuke header and footer to a php script

i'm trying to add the nuke header and footer to a php file that is not in the nuke directory but so far i haven't found anything to work. here is what i am using.

include("html/header.php");

include("html/footer.php");

nuke is in the public_html/html folder

and the file i am using is public_html/show_coverage/LOATP07/index.php

Did you try

include '../../header.php';

?
