not able to edit the body in Messages

This is a brand new installation. i did not get any errors during the install. however i am not able to edit the messages on the main page. it does not display the message when i click Edit. i am able to edit the title but not the body.

Give us more information from your hosting:

PHP Version ? Did you follow all instructions in order to have a success installation?

it appears to be IE10, it works fine in chrome.

Upgrade the editor to the nukeWYSIWYG(tm) 3.6.3.1 release.
