Have Ravenscript 7.6 2.0.2.0

Website: http://ultimateserveradmins.com

I install the WoW Join Us Mod and Modified it to our site, here is a link to the page http://ultimateserveradmins.com/modules.php?name=WoWJoinUs The problem I am having is that when the form is filled out and the age is put in it will auto fill the other blocks. This is what is returned: Ultimate Server Admins

The age I put in was 100, as you see it filled in 3 blocks. The other message blocks do not return correctly also.

I tried to post the code for this block but was blocked by the site from doing so, I was only able to put in the first 50 lines so I FTP'd the code up to the site here is a link to it.

And if someone could tell me what in the code kept it from being posted here I would appreciate it. I tried changing the code to correct this but I can not figure it out. I know some of the "Values" do not match, but I did change some of those to the correct titles but It made no difference so I changed them back to the originals. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I finally fiqured it out. I did not not have the $msg= lines in the same order as the form fields. When I placed them all the same it worked.
