Quotes around news article titles

Interesting ... put quotes around the title of a news article: like:

"Pain is weakness leaving your body"

The article displays okay. All seems fine. But go into edit it thru the admin control panel and nothing shows up in the title field. Type the title without the quotes and it shows up next time you go to edit. Put the quotes back in and it disappears again.

I haven't had time to research this, will just report it now in case someone else has time to. Maybe someone else can replicate it just to make sure it's not some oddness with my RN 2.10 configuration.

The problem is not with the output but with the input. The field is not being properly html entity-ized so it is being stored with straight quotes in it. When it comes back out that way and you try to put it into the input field on a form it just gets truncated at the first quote. This problem has been reported previously and we just need to add appropriate edits for the input so it is stored properly in the database.
