Does anyone know how to edit the links in My Headlines found in Account>Your Home>My Headlines? (It's the My Headlines that comes with nuke 7.6 and not the My Headlines addon module)

Yes, I believe these are in the nuke_headlines table. You can, using phpMyAdmin, manually update these (or remove or insert new ones).
