The login section at the bottom of the forums doesn't work. You can see it here http://www.ayrshs.eq.edu.au/modules.php?name=Forums

When I type my user/pass into it I get this message
Quote:

Error in obtaining userdata

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column 'user_login_tries' in 'field list'

SELECT user_id, username, user_password, user_active, user_level, user_login_tries, user_last_login_try FROM nuke_users WHERE username = 'Mr_Morris'

Line : 69
File : login.php

Raven has a forum for 2.02.02 post fixes which I believe is the issue. See this:

Well, I don't get the error anymore, but it doesn't login.. Do I need to add the users and details to one of the tables or something??

Thanks for your help

I think it has to do with the BBtoNuke integration. I recall someone mentioning this issue recently (sorry that it did not come to mind earlier to warn you). I believe that you have to use the PHP-Nuke login to ensure everything works properly.

We should probably remove the login links in the phpBB portion of nuke as others have suggested... but, we would prefer for the BBtoNuke folks to do this rather than us.

Its the field names. They are different in phpbb than Nuke or CNBYA. All you really have to do is change them in the distro. Its in modules/Forums/index.php maybe. I fixed it for Evo a long time ago.

Thanks everyone, I'm sure your suggestions will work, I'll look at it later this afternoon.

I really do search for these things before I post. It never ceases to amaze me how people find this stuff in really old posts! Smile

Has anyone figured out a fix for this..besides deleting the login table at the bottom?

Even when I run the Sql command, I still have problems. I can use the login in without any error message, but it's like I am not really logged in. Instead it says i am logged in on the bottom of the forum, but that is it. I can actually then login under another screen name and it also shows both screen names as logged in...even though neither of them are...
