Hi all I'm new and French ... sorry Wink
I have Php Nuke 7.9 with Sentinel 2.42 that is working properly. When I saw the 2.50 update I downloaded and tried to install it, I took the upgrade files. Then I uploaded the files and when I'm trying to run nsnst.php I get a 500 Error (Internal Server Error). This is the same cas if I want to go on Administration panel or if I want to run any sql lines on a webpage. I do not understand what is going on ... Just for your information after dowloading the files on my index.php my footer is not screened normally some lines are missing ... Any ideas please ?

Welcome! No need to apologize for your nationality / language - all are welcome here (except those who attack, of course). By the way, your English is great!

Did you follow installation instructions carefully? It seems like something may have been missed.

Have you patched your nuke with nuke patch 3.2 or 3.1 at least?

Hi everybody and thank you for your answers Smile
To answer to your question I followed carefully the instructions and I have 3.2 patch installed from the beginning. For upgrading files I did not see any changes to make in the codes of files like mainfile, admin or header.php. So I uploaded the files and tried to run nsnst.php file. Last night I just uploaded nsnsnt installer folder and nsnst file and I can run the nsnst file but I did not upload the rest of the package. Moreover when I upload everything my footer is not loaded entirely and some lines are missing. I'm using a theme that I made lighter I'm going to switch to an original one to check now ... Maybe it is linked.
Concerning other parameters I do not have any other ideas specially when I see 2.42 working fine ...

I will let you know if the theme switching changed something ...

try-re-uploading the updated files. It's possible that a file(s) got corrupted during upload. Watch your FTP client log to see when a file(s) fail uploading.
I use CuteFTP Pro and when a file does not upload correctly, it shows me on screen what files failed.

Just to clarify, there are definitely changes that need to be done to some of the core files for NukeSentinel to run correctly.

Hi, this is difficult to understand ... I saw that there are one package for people that did not have setup Sentinel before, in which you have to change core files and another one to upgrade in which there are no change for core files ... Could you please tell me if there is any change for these packages ?

That sounds correct. Did you have NukeSentinel installed before?

this happened to me before and it turned out that there was a bad ip in the htaccess file. I found this by renaming it to .htaccess-5

Then removed the offending ip and the site came back. It would be worth the try for you to rename it and then check your site. See if you can see it then. If so, that will lead you down the correct path. I am not saying that is your issue but it could be unfortunate timing.
