Member List module Alternative for Admins?

Other than the Member List module, is there another way to show a list of members that an Admin can use to quickly browse through and maybe click on each user he wishes to manage/edit/modify?

NOTE: I'm currently using the Approve Membership Module. I'm just stating that in case there may be any incompatibilities.

CNB-YA has improved ways for listing members to admins, but I'm not sure if it works with Approve Membership module (although it has similar functionality).
