How to set up the Donat-o-meter

Raven I was wondering if you offer your talented services to help people with small things on their sites?
Example: I want to set up the Donat-o-meter but I dont even know where to begin. I read the install docs, but I just dont have the skills.
Bluehost is my hosting company and I have full access to the control panel.

Would you set up the donat-o-meter on my site for a price?
If so can you give me an estimate?

I think I can deal with the part inside PAYPAL I just need help with the
website portion, which I could give you full access to my control panel.
