Fetch HTML Content - Your help Needed

There is a website that has some daily content that is not copyrighted.

They for some reason do not seem to be making any feeds so this information can be displayed elsewhere. At the moment a lot of websites are showing framed pages of this site to display content. The HTML Page has a static layout with a few tables with content in each.

What i am trying to do is to strip out everything on the page and be left with the content. BUT, I would like each block of text in a seperate php page maybe which will allow me to call in with includes on an index page. That way i can format it in my own way and develop a feed, updating daily. Smile

Thats the idea anyway.
