Two Nuke sites

I am running phpnuke 7.6patched 3.0 on two sites using the same user database. I am having a problem with the view post since last visit. It will not show the last post when a user clicks the link. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Also when a user get a pm form one of the two sites the popup link takes them to the message part of the site they are on and not the site the pm is at. Is there a way to fix this also.

I am going to assume both sites are on the same domain?
The first issue may very well be a cookie problem so you may want to consider the settings in the forum configuration if indeed, both sites are on the same domain.

The second problem may very well be down to how the relevant file is coded - it may be using a relative path rather than the full path.

Yes they are on the same domain. What can I change to fix this? Ex please.
