Blank Submissions page?

Hello all for some time now I have had a problem with my submission on my phpnuke 7.6 patch site, I have nuke sentinal and Next Gen google tap installed also, what the problem is when I click on the submisssion icon in admin panel I get a blank page?, I have tried uploading 7.6patched again and overighted all the files but still a blank submission page?, could my problem be a database problem? whats part of the database works the submissions side?
many thanks for any help this has become or becoming an on going mystery.

1 thing I just noticed in my google tap folder I checked GT-Submit_News
and it only contains this code?

is this right?

Hello all, this problem turned out to be a messy database install some of the sql tables didn`t upload.
