R-whois-where block problems

well hello all. i am new here. i used the R-whois-where by ravenscripts with phpnuke 7.5 and it worked just fine. now i have upgraded to php nuke platinum by techgfx, which is phpnuke 7.6 ofcourse.
So i install the block (double checked that everyhting is in the proper place) and tweaked the index and modules.php files. When i activate the block i get the following errors:

I also created the table :
CREATE TABLE `nuke_wiw_m` (
`who` varchar(20) default NULL,
`mn` varchar(20) default NULL
) TYPE=HEAP;

still i get these errors.
can someone please help me?
what am i doing wrong here?
