White blank screen from theme

this seems to be a board that I may get help in here there are so many forum boards I need a gps

Any I have a simple error
I have just uploaded the latest version and installed raven 2.30.01
I uploaded a theme which was not compatable with it and I got a blank white screen as a result. I then deleted the theme from the themes folder hoping it would return to default theme but it remains the same white blank screen. How do I fix this please
