white screen

I downloaded a theme (Xneon).
When i changed the theme I got a white screen and now i cant do anything anymore on my site.
Pls help..

I get this error, but I still don't have a clue..

Read the links Raven gave you. The theme and all associated files need to be in the themes directory. You need to test on a test user id. You need to know how to reset the userid to a standard theme if problems occur. If you don't have time to learn this stuff then you don't have time to be downloading and installing new themes ... stick with what's in the distribution.
