Can't move topics.

I can't move topics on my forum.

All I get is:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /modules.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is most likely due to your host filtering the request through an Apache module called mod_security. You will need to contact your host and ask them to review their mod_security log and find out which RULE trapped your request. Then you will need them to modify that RULE to allow it to pass through.
