Coppermine Error

I get this when trying to upload a picture

Failed to create directory
modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002 !

What does that mean.....

by the way..
I never did this part since i am unaware on how to do it

2. using your FTP program, chmod the following folders to 777
- modules/coppermine/albums and all subfolders

Could this be the reason why it's not working properly?

Yes the permissions could be the problem.

What FTP program are you using? Generally you would select the folder and somewhere you should be able to change permissions.

In FileZilla, you right-click the folder and go to File Attributes
Type in 777 (or hit all the checkboxes) and click okay
