Theme Problem

I am using php-nuke 7.6 patched and everything works fine using the theme 3d-fantasy. Everything works great as long as I don't change the theme to one I downloaded. For instance, Leviathan (Lorkan Themes), or Dream (Kalgash Themes). When I change to one of these, or some others, too, I suddenly can no longer see the right side block on my home page. I did install a fresh copy of 7.6patched to my local server and changed to one of the aforementioned themes and the right side blocks DO show up. I don't even know where to start looking to fix the problems. Any help would be greatly apprecitated. Here is my site with 3D-Fantasy installed. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! that only happens if you use themes that are not patched to work with the newer stuff..

anyway..

In your theme.php find:
if ($index == 1) {

and change to:
if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {
